Working Directly With Craig
Craig accepts 1-1 clients who are serious about their goals and want custom programming to achieve them.
Programs are created on a week-by-week basis and include all exercises, sets, reps and weights. During the week you communicate with Craig via WhatsApp - sending form videos and asking questions. Once the week is finished, you report on how it went before your next training week is created (within 24 hours).
This is the same coaching process Craig uses with professional athletes and world record holders, but is available to anyone who's serious about their goals and motivated to do the work.
Coaching options start at a 3-month commitment, with longer packages available. Investment is $300–450/month depending on program duration.
